About the role
As a Process Engineer at Alleima you will play a crucial role in analyzing and measuring the effectiveness of existing processes to ensure sustainable repeatable and quantifiable outcomes. Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Pre-study the feasibility of customer specification by close communicating with tube production expert. such as R&D engineer expert within PA tube mill
2. Build up qualification project frame in terms of cost implementation time plan and future payback
3. Finalize order form and trial plan based on input from sales/customer service
4. Coordinate execute and follow up the qualification precisely according to time plan
5. Coordinate and prepare production and sale according to the requirement of trail plan
6 Issue the technical report and finalize the process parameters
7. Follow up mass production orders until reaching stable level
8. Develop qualification procedures and methods and issue qualification management procedure
9. Lead discuss with customer regarding technical issue in product application area provide possible solution if need
10. Manage Automobile tube product project lead APQP process
11. Be able to assist different assignments outside the scope of this work description under special condition

About you
You possess a strong knowledge and experience in stainless tube production including U-bending and related stainless production areas. Your expertise in material science or mechanical fields is extensive and you have deep knowledge of tubing product standards test standards and application standards such as ASTM EN and GB. You are well-versed in quality tools like SPC and APQP and have a good understanding of the automobile industrys system requirements including IATF 16949 and tube product requirements. Your familiarity with basic software like MS Office and Auto CAD coupled with excellent communication skills and proficiency in written and spoken English makes you an ideal candidate. You have a strong team cooperation spirit and project management skills with over three years of solid working experience in the metallic materials or stainless steel or mechanical industry preferably with process engineer or quality engineer experience. Experience in new product development is a plus.
