Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and developing good relationships with customers.
- Delivering both sell-in/sell-out and spending targets while maximising ROI.
- Proposing promotions and activities in line with trade and marketing plans.
- Presenting monthly plans to relevant parties (BHA/FE/Paradise teams).
- Executing in-store (POSM) activities as per trade guidelines.
- Listing new products according to plan.
- Managing day-to-day issues and problem-solving.
- Updating and mapping monthly spending and invoices in the system.
- Surveying and visiting our retailers and competitor stores.
- Performing other responsibilities as assigned by the company.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales-related function.
- Result-oriented with strong selling presentation and negotiation skills.
- Passionate persistent and self-motivated to achieve challenging sales targets.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Thai.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
