Position Title: Logistics Coordinator/Assistant
Working Location: West Tuas South (Nearest MRT: Tuas Link)
Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri: 7.30am-4.45pm)
Salary Package: Basic Up to SGD 3000 AWS Performance Bonus
Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

Handle and validate documentation for all local and export sales deliveries ensuring accuracy and completeness
Liaise with the head office to align on delivery schedules
Organize scheduling for all local deliveries
Keep comprehensive records of all orders
Oversee inventory levels to avoid stockouts and excess inventory
Perform routine stock audits and update inventory records as necessary
Identify and report any inventory discrepancies
Arrange shipping labels packing slips and other required documents for outbound shipments
Accept incoming shipments checking contents against documents for accuracy
Maintain continuous communication with the internal team
Work closely with the warehouse team to streamline goods movement
Manage the preparation of incoming and outgoing warehouse shipments
Maintain a clean safe workspace and optimize space usage
Adhere to quality standards and comply with all procedures rules and regulations
Perform additional logistics tasks as instructed by the Supervisor

Min. O level
Min. 1 year of experience of warehouse experience preferably in logistics or supply chain management
Familiar with handheld scanner & computerized warehouse system is a plus
Able to handle physical work and willingness to lift carton manually at times
