We are EilGlobal a company providing IT services in Asia Pacific and EMEA across various technologies such as desktops Servers networks and data centre technologies. We are headquartered in Adelaide Australia and have clients and offices across Asia Pacific & EMEA regions


We are seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to provide first-line technical support to end-users. The role includes diagnosing and resolving hardware/software issues assisting with installations and ensuring IT-related issues are handled efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level support for desktops laptops printers and mobile devices (Windows/macOS).
  • Install configure and troubleshoot operating systems and standard applications (MS Office browsers antivirus etc.).
  • Respond to IT support tickets and service requests via phone email or ticketing system.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 support teams as necessary.
  • Maintain an inventory of IT assets and support onboarding/offboarding of users.
  • Assist in setting up and maintaining networked devices (e.g. printers scanners).
  • Perform routine checks: patching system updates backups and antivirus scans.
  • Maintain documentation related to support activities and procedures.
  • Support video conferencing equipment and meeting room setups.
  • Perform basic network troubleshooting (IP DNS connectivity issues).
