Join Manulifes dynamic Information Services team and gain hands-on experience in a collaborative fast-paced technology environment. As an intern youll work alongside experienced professionals in product engineering and testing teams to support data-driven decision-making and process improvements. Primarily interns will be providing project management and delivery support along with a specific target to help automate and standardize predictable processes such as reporting on MOR (Management Operating Review) QIP (Quality Improvement Plan) etc.
Position Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional technology teams including product engineering and testing.
- Design and develop dashboards reports and workflows using Power BI Power Automate and Advanced Excel.
- Assist in building data models and enhancing reporting processes.
- Prepare documentation track project items and create presentations for stakeholders.
- Contribute innovative ideas to improve existing processes and workflows.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Able to commit from May 2026 to Aug 2026
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Interest in product lifecycle and agile development methodologies.
- Solid problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
