Your Role and Responsibilities
(Upon Employment)As a key executive leader you will define and execute the companys digital and technology vision. Your responsibilities will span strategic IT planning leading major digital transformation projects like S4 HANA implementation ensuring operational excellence and cyber security fostering a data-driven culture and building a high-performing global IT team. You will serve as a strategic partner to all business functions aligning technology initiatives with core business objectives and sustainability goals.

Experience and Qualifications
* Over 20 years of relevant experience including a proven track record as a CIO or Senior IT Executive in a large organization.
* A degree in IT/Computer Science or an MBA with a focus on technology or business processes.
* In-depth technical knowledge of key enterprise systems and technologies such as SAP (S4 HANA) Salesforce cloud platforms and cyber security frameworks. * Exceptional leadership strategic thinking project management and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

* Experience with Agile development methodologies.
