Ecolab is a global leader in water hygiene and energy technologies and our Pharma segment we provide specialized cleaning disinfection & digital solutions to pharmaceutical manufacturing sites to ensure safe compliant and efficient operations.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our growing Pharma segment. This role is responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring high-quality service delivery across Pharmaceutical manufacturing sites in Cork Kerry and Limerick.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
- Deliver exceptional service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify opportunities for growth and drive double-digit sales revenue and pipeline expansion
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain accurate records and manage customer interactions using Microsoft Dynamics
- Represent Ecolab professionally while on-site and during remote engagements
Requirements
- Experience in account management preferably within healthcare or manufacturing sectors
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a larger remote and field-based team
- Willingness to travel 3 days per week within the assigned region
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM tools
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Achieve double-digit sales revenue growth
- Expand sales pipeline within assigned territory
