Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Senior Account Executive to join our clients fast-growing SaaS sales this hunting role you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities within your assigned territory. You will leverage strong prospecting skills and a deep understanding of the market to build relationships with key decision-makers uncover pain points and demonstrate how our SaaS solutions address their compliance and GRC challenges.

Your success will be measured by your ability to consistently generate qualified leads close high-value deals and exceed revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth needs analyses to understand prospective clients unique GRC challenges and requirements.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue goals and exceed quotas.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing ensuring a strong and healthy pipeline.
  • Partner with your dedicated SDR and collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing product sales support) to drive seamless execution.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demos that highlight solution value and differentiation.
  • Negotiate pricing contracts and terms of sale to maximize profitability while meeting client needs.
  • Stay current on industry trends market developments and the competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate sales activity pipeline and customer data in the CRM (HubSpot).
  • Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at industry events conferences and trade shows.

Requirements

  • 46 years of proven closing experience in SaaS sales preferably in a hunting role.
  • Consistent track record of exceeding quotas.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated self-driven and results-focused.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other sales tools.
  • Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience).
