Key Responsibilities:
Hit & Exceed Targets: Achieve monthly sales goals by unlocking new business opportunities.
Own Your Territory: Develop and execute data-driven sales strategies for your region.
Grow Distribution: Lead distributor partnerships boost POS acquisition and ensure flawless field execution (sales/merchandising).
Drive Joint Success: Collaborate with partners on business plans to maximize mutual growth and profitability.
Build High-Performing Teams: Train and mentor field teams (sales/merchandisers) to peak performance.
Requirements: -
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Sales Marketing or related fields.
Experience: 13 years in sales management. FMCG or vape industry experience is a major advantage.
Core Skills (Must Have): - Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia & English (Chinese proficiency a plus).
Independent problem-solver with a self-driven attitude. - Deep knowledge of Indonesian consumer behavior & retail dynamics.
Willingness to travel extensively to customer sites. Preferred Skills :
Proven B2B/B2C sales experience with long-term client relationship management.
Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities. - Basic sales analytics skills to interpret data and adapt strategies.
Analytical Edge: Mathematical Logic Test score 15 (proof required).
