Nous recherchons activement un(e) technicien calibrationet maintenance pour rejoindre notre dpartement support technique.

Lune des principales divisions du groupe AJW est AJW Technique une installation de pointe pour lentretien la rparation et la rvision (MRO) qui compte plus de 150 techniciens expriments et passionns Montral.
Sommaire du poste:
Les responsabilits principales du technicien calibration et maintenance inclus mais ne sont pas limites ce qui suit: voir linstallation lentretien le dpannage la remise en tat la rparation et la modification dquipements industriels quil sagisse dquipements de production de machines-outils de matriel de manutention ou de tout autre type dquipement besoin il effectue la calibration des outils et dquipements.
Principales responsabilits:
Participer linspection le diagnostic et la calibration de nos quipements.
Rparer les machines lorsquelles tombent en panne (lectrique lectronique pneumatique mcanique)
Effectuer des travaux damlioration aux systmes et produire des rapports dentretien;
Assurer la maintenance prventive et lentretien des quipements.
Agir titre de soutien technique pour les gestionnaires en planification en construction et pour les professionnels externes et employs de maintenance;
Participer aux modifications dquipements et linstallation de nouvelles machines de production.
Effectuer toute tche gnrale de maintenance du btiment requise

One of the main divisions of the AJW Group is AJW Technique a state-of-the-art component Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) facility with over 150 experienced and passionate technicians in Montreal.
Summary:
The primary responsibilities of the Calibration and maintenance Technician include but are not limited to the following: overseeing the installation maintenance troubleshooting restoration repair and modification of industrial equipment whether it is production equipment machine tools handling equipment or any other type of industrial equipment. If necessary they perform calibration of tools and equipment.
Main responsibilities:
Participate in the inspection diagnosis and calibration of our equipment.
Repair machines when they break down (electrical pneumatic mechanical).
Perform improvement work on systems and produce maintenance reports.
Ensure preventive maintenance and equipment upkeep.
Provide technical support to managers in planning construction and to external professionals and maintenance staff.
Participate in equipment modifications and the installation of new production machines.

Job requirements
Exigences du poste:
DEP ou DEC en lectronique lectricit calibration mtrologie ou dans un domaine dtudes connexe.
Habile communiquer clairement de faon crite ou verbale (bilinguisme franais et anglais est ncessaire pour communiqu efficacement avec les diffrents partie prenantes.
1 3 ans dexprience de travail pertinente
Connaissances informatiques (MS Office) et/ou un systme de gestion des oprations (ERP)
Habilet organiser planifier et prioriser sa charge de travail en fonction des objectifs et des priorits de lentreprise.
Orient vers la production (soit la capacit de comprendre et de suivre les politiques et procdures de lentreprise afin de remplir les exigences du poste sur les bases tablies mesures de performance);
Esprit dquipe (une attitude cooprative pour lamlioration des processus et la rsolution de problmes);

Job Requirements:
DEP or DEC in electronic electricity calibration metrologyor in a related field.
Ability to communicate clearly in writing or verbally (bilingualism French and English is necessary to communicate effectively with various stakeholders).
1 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
Computer skills (MS Office) and/or an operations management system (ERP).
Ability to organize plan and prioritize workload based on the companys objectives and priorities.
Production-oriented (ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures to meet job requirements on an established basis - performance measures).
Team spirit (a cooperative attitude for process improvement and problem solving).
