Beauty Advisor - Armani
The Beauty Advisor is responsible for developing deep long lasting relationships with customers that lead to an increase in sales service and loyalty. Beauty Advisor compensation is commission-based and is directly tied to sales volume results.
Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:
Consistently deliver extraordinary service to all customers
Exceed all sales and service personal goals and targets
Exceed all sales and service brand goals and targets
Build a loyal personal client base by constantly acquiring new customers developing existing clients and retaining loyal clients
Share expert level of product knowledge with entire store selling team
Maintain solid relationships with buyer vendor and selling manager
Drive brand sales by identifying key marketing opportunities event execution assortment recommendations etc.; communicate suggestions to store management on a routine basis
Attend all educational sessions offered including product knowledge vendor and Holt Renfrew seminars
Perform floor recovery visual merchandising price change and related sales support tasks
Communicate regularly with personal clients through phone mail and electronic methods regarding in-store events merchandise requests sales follow-up birthdays etc
Resolve all customer service issues and partner with selling management on any issues outside of guidelines
Perform other duties as assigned
Ensure compliance with privacy policies regulations and cyber security measures.
The ideal candidate:
High school diploma
Proven ability to exceed sales targets
Highly collaborative; working with and through others in a team-oriented environment
Able to work in a fast-paced environment that requires a high degree of multi-tasking with minimal supervision
Able to work a flexible work schedule based on the needs of the customer that includes nights weekends and holidays
Minimum of two or more years experience in a commission-based sales environment
Make-up artistry or aesthetics certificate may be required for certain brands
Prior retail sales experience in a luxury environment preferred

Le(la) conseiller(re) beaut est responsable de dvelopper des relations troites et durables avec les clients afin daccrotre les ventes le niveau de service et la fidlisation.
Les responsabilits spcifiques comprennent ce qui suit sans toutefois sy limiter :
Prodigue uniformment une exprience de service et de vente extraordinaire tous les clients .
Dpasse tous les objectifs personnels inhrents aux ventes et au service.
Dpasse tous les objectifs de la marque inhrents aux ventes et au service.
Se compose une clientle de base personnelle loyale en acqurant constamment de nouveaux clients en faisant progresser ses relations avec les clients existants et en retenant les clients fidles.
Partage ses connaissances approfondies des produits avec toute lquipe de vente du magasin.
Entretient des relations durables avec les acheteurs les fournisseurs et le(la) directeur(trice) de vente.
Stimule les ventes de la marque en identifiant les occasions-cls de commercialisation en mettant en uvre les vnements en faisant des recommandations relatives lassortiment etc.; communique rgulirement ses suggestions la direction du magasin.
Assiste toutes les sances ducatives y compris les sances dinfo sur les produits celles offertes par les fournisseurs et les sminaires Holt Renfrew.
Effectue le ramnagement du rayon le marchandisage les changements de prix et toute tche connexe appuyant les ventes.
Communique rgulirement avec sa clientle personnelle par tlphone par courrier ou par voie lectronique relativement aux vnements en magasin aux demandes de produits au suivi aprs-vente aux anniversaires etc.
Rsout les problmes de service la clientle et collabore avec la direction des ventes pour toute difficult non couverte par des lignes directrices.
Se conforme toutes les politiques et exigences de sant-scurit.
Effectue les autres tches qui lui sont assignes.
Le(la) candidat(e) idale) possde :
Diplme dtudes secondaires
Capacit prouve dpasser les objectifs de vente
Hautement collaboratif; travaille avec les autres et par leur entremise dans un environnement ax sur le travail dquipe
Aptitude travailler dans un environnement voluant rapidement qui ncessite une grande capacit mener plusieurs tches de front sous supervision minimale
Habilet composer avec un horaire variable dpendant des besoins de la clientle incluant les soires les week-ends et les jours fris
Au moins 2 annes dexprience dans un environnement ax sur la vente commission
Diplme dartiste-maquilleur(se) ou desthticien(ne) requis pour certaines gammes
Exprience pralable dans le domaine du dtail de luxe prfrablement dans un environnement de luxe
Parfaitement bilingue franais et anglais
Assurer le respect en matire de protection de la vie prive des rglementations et des mesures de cyberscurit.

Hiring Range / chelle salariale lembauche :$17.85 - $19.00 / 1785$ - 1900$ (per hour / de lheure)This role is also eligible for commission in addition to base pay. Final compensation for this position will be determined based on the candidates unique skills expertise individual qualifications and assessed contributions to the role following the completion of the interview process.
