About the role
Join the world of refined luxury and sophistication as a Beauty Advisor where we transcend conventional beauty norms. We are seeking a highly passionate individual to join our store/counter as a Beauty Advisor offering luxury personalised services to our customers elevating customer experience and building inspiring brand connections and loyalty.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide excellent customer experience by offering consultations to customers and personalised recommendations on product range selection based on customer needs.
- Achieve sales targets by upselling and cross-selling products increasing basket size and IPT and converting opportunities to sales.
- Educate customers on product features ingredients usage and benefits new launches and best sellers.
- Help customers build connection with the brand and products.
- Use storytelling offer demonstrations and conduct product testing including fragrance layering.
- Make up applications and tutorials apply to 2-axis brands.
- Aim for long-term engagement with customers by maintaining good after-sales relationships
- Handle customer rejections and queries effectively.
- Keep up to date with market trends.
- Work together as a team to achieve team goals and assist with inventory management as needed.
- Maintain store/counter in optimal condition by adhering to visual merchandising guidelines that best represent the brand ensuring cleanliness organising products and testers properly and replenishing stocks as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1 2 years experience in luxury retail. Experience in the beauty industry is preferred
- Knowledge in fragrance would be an added advantage
- Excellent communication customer engagement and presentation skills
- Able to work during weekends and public holidays
- Pleasant personality team player positive attitude
- Detail oriented
- Keen in developing skills and knowledge
