One Automotive Technology instructor to teach a 200-hour (10-week) Grant-Funded Adult TrainingProgram geared toward entry level employment as Automotive Services Technicians pendingenrollment (min 7 students / max 10 students). Program runs October 7 - December 202025 and will be held on-site Tues & Thurs 5-9PM and Sat 7AM - 3PM 4hrs online/week. No in person classes on Federal holidays (Nov 11 Nov 27-29) *On-site Graduation Sat 12/20/25Curriculum to include: OSHA-10 Automotive Safety SP/2 Automotive Services bundle with associatedindustry recognized credentials (WD40 Valvoline and Automotive Lift Institute) ASE entry levelcertification exam and ASE EPA 609 preparation hands-on introduction to automotive toolsequipment concepts and coordination with area employers to prepare trainees for employment in thefield. Facilitate local employer visits and coordination w/off-site MA Vehicle Inspector Trainingprovider. Intended outcomes are for all trainees to complete the program earn industry recognizedcredentials gain entry level employment in the automotive field and maintain employment for aminimum of 30-days. Staff will be compensated at a grant-funded rate of $50.00 for 200 hoursof teaching time plus an additional 50 hours of curriculum development/ REQUIREMENTS *ASE Master Automobile Technician CH74 Licensed Automotive Technology instructor preferred Citizenship residency or work visa required
