Job Responsibilities:
- Record and enter used car inventory for both Volkswagen dealerships (Sanford and Orlando)
- Inventory reconciliation with CPHANDHELD software for both Volkswagen dealerships (Sanford and Orlando)
- Product cancellations
- Finance compliance backup for End of Month
- Receptionist/Cashier backup
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of Word Microsoft Excel Outlook and Windows.
- Organizational skills with a focus on detail orientation.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Automotive Dealership experience required
- CDK experience required
- Ability to work outside as needed sometimes in extreme weather
- 18 years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
