Hours: Part-time (Approx. 25-30 hours per week)
Location: Hamilton NJ area
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
* Enter invoices daily to the SAGE BW Accounting Accounts Payable system
* Gather appropriate supporting documentation for invoices in prep for the check approvals
* Filing of invoices and check support
* Posting daily bank transactions to the SAGE BW Accounting Cash system
* Prepare deposit documentation for the banks
* Weekly and monthly bank reconciliations (2 bank accounts)
* Prepare and post journal entries as needed
* Ad-hoc projects as assigned by the manager

QUALIFICATIONS
* College degree in Accounting a plus
* High proficiency all Microsoft Office products. Intermediate Excel skills required; Proficiency with accounting software preferred
* Experience with financial analysis preferred
