Medical Practicing Administrator (NP or PA)
A Medical Practicing Administrator (NP or PA) is needed in Hollywood FL.
Titan Placement Group invites you to explore an opportunity in Hollywood home to more than 60 parks seven golf courses seven miles of pristine beaches and the one-of-a-kind Hollywood Beach Boardwalk a promenade that stretches nearly 2.5 miles along the Atlantic Ocean.
This position provides executive-level clinical oversight while maintaining direct involvement in patient care ensuring quality services across multiple clinics in Florida.
Salary and Benefits
- The salary range is $160000 to $200000

Responsibilities
- Schedule:
- Rotational schedule: 1 week in Hollywood 1 week in Big Cypress 1 week in Okeechobee 1 week in Immokalee
- Monday-Friday (8am 5pm) at choice of home-based clinic / (9am 4pm) with travel time built in for weeks at other locations
- 60% Admin / 40% Clinical
- Oversee medical clinic supervisors and case management team reinforcing safety protocols and best practices
- Develop goals objectives strategies programs and budgets for assigned areas
- Evaluate efficiency of operations and recommend improvements
- Provide direct patient care as needed including diagnosis treatment and preventive services
- Must be flexible serving as the Clinical right hand of the Executive Director
- Attend community meetings and functions as needed
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Public Health Health Administration Health Care Management Nursing Business Administration Social Work or related field
- Masters Degree preferred
- Clear and active License in the State of Florida
- Nurse Practitioner (NP)
- Physician Assistant (PA)
- Minimum of 7 years of healthcare experience with at least 5 years in a supervisory or management capacity
- Strong leadership organizational and delegation skills
