The Recruitment Associate shall be responsible for the meeting the recruitment needs and performing all recruitment-related functions and activities in the Company. He/she shall be the main point person for all recruitment-related concerns and will help strategize with the rest of the Recruitment team to meet department expectations.
Resposibilities:
- Discover new avenues to advertise and source candidates.
- Coordinating with external recruitment partners and follow up endorsements to make sure requirements are met.
- Responsible for producing EOD report on numbers on recruitment-related metrics needs and recommendations.
- Prescreening and pre-qualifying received applications against job requirements.
- Record update and manage applicant information in the applicant tracking system. Calling candidates and making all possible contact attempts to make sure candidate information in the database is complete and accurate.
- Responsible in providing excellent applicant experience making sure applicants are updated on the progress of their application from acknowledgment of receipt of application up until sending decline/thank you message.
- Conducting thorough applicant interviews to assess culture fit validate experience evaluate behavioral tendencies etc.
- Organizing final interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Administering technical tests recording results following up on assessment scores consolidating interview and test results to produce a final hiring decision.
- Prepare job offer documents presenting and discussing job offers to candidates.
- Conduct background checking monitor and follow up pre-employment medical checks.
- Follow up on submission of pre-employment requirements and make sure all of these documents are complete upon candidate onboarding.
- Communicate and work with external partners such as Universities training institutions organizations and government agencies to expand our sourcing efforts.
- Attend and/or organize job fairs recruitment events when deemed necessary.
- Initiate the onboarding process by ensuring all pertinent employee information and documents are uploaded into their employee file and that all required pre-employment procedures have been completed.
- The recruitment specialist may also be required to conduct New Employee Orientation when needed.
- Other relevant duties may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business-related or any related course with Human Resources or Industrial concentration.
- Experience: 1-2 years of end-to end recruitment with mass/volume hiring experience preferably in BPO setting.
