Overview
This 12-month secondment offers an exciting opportunity for a Senior Associate to join the Reward team and gain hands-on experience in compensation and benefits. Youll contribute to meaningful projects develop your analytical capabilities and build strong stakeholder relationshipsall while supporting the delivery of EYs Reward strategy in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to the development and implementation of EYs Reward strategy supporting initiatives that ensure our compensation and benefits programmes remain competitive and aligned with market trends.
Assist in the annual salary review process including data preparation proposal development communications and system testing.
Support the delivery of compensation-related programmes ensuring they are well-managed and meet the evolving needs of the business.
Assist with benchmarking and survey submissions helping to shape our reward positioning through market insights.
Analyse reward data to identify trends and generate insights contributing to the development of practical and innovative solutions.
Support the management of EYs benefits portfolio ensuring offerings are benchmarked clearly communicated and aligned with employee needs.
Contribute to strategic reward projects providing support across a range of initiatives as required.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders across HR Finance and the wider business.
Skills and Attributes for Success
Advanced Excel skills and a meticulousattention to detail.
Strong analytical mindset with a genuine interest in the Reward space.
Proven ability to manage a busy workload and balance multiple priorities effectively.
High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
Commercial awareness and the ability to think both strategically and practically.
