Were looking for an organised detail-oriented Project Coordinator to help keep our inclusion and employee experience projects running smoothly. You dont need to be an expert in inclusion: whats important is that youre organised pay attention to detail and have experience helping with projects. Its a great fit for someone who is keen to learn and grow. Youll be part of our Inclusion & Experience team within People & Culture: we focus on improving diversity inclusion and employee experience.
Youll work closely with the Inclusion & Experience Lead to coordinate projects action plans and reporting that improve diversity inclusion and employee experience. While an interest in diversity and inclusion is a plus specialist knowledge isnt essential - we value strong organisation project coordination skills and a willingness to learn.

What youll do
- Provide day-to-day coordination support across inclusion and employee experience projects.
- Manage calendars agendas and minutes for the Belonging Committee.
- Assist with meeting scheduling inbox management and workplan mapping.
- Track project timelines deliverables and budgets.
- Maintain well-organised records and filing systems in SharePoint.
- Create engaging visual materials (slides infographics reports) Canva experience is an advantage.
- Support consultation with employees consumers and external community groups.
- Work collaboratively with a wide range of teams and stakeholders.
What were looking for
Essential skills and experience:
- Strong organisation and time management skills with an ability to prioritise tasks and follow through.
- High level of digital literacy including experience with Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint Forms Teams Outlook (or confidence to learn quickly).
- Excellent written and visual communication skills.
- Experience supporting or coordinating projects in any setting.
- Confidence communicating in a professional and inclusive way.
- A collaborative approach and willingness to pitch in where needed.
Highly regarded (but not essential):
- Interest or experience in diversity & inclusion employee experience or public health.
- Experience in government not-for-profit or purpose-driven environments.
- Familiarity with human-centred design change management or project coordination.
- Experience collecting and theming data from surveys or consultations.
- Ability to build relationships with community groups and lead consultation processes.
