Facilities and Operation Coordinator

In your new role as Facilities and Operations Coordinator you will be the first point of contact for visitors crew and third-party customers at our QANTAS Group Flight Training facility. Your focus will be on delivering a professional welcoming and safe environment ensuring all compliance safety and operational standards are met. You will play a key role in supporting training activities operational efficiency and enhancing the overall experience.

Your day-today responsibilities will include a blend of safety oversight facility management customer service operational coordination and quality assurance. The role is highly interactive requiring strong communication skills and a proactive approach to both routine and unexpected issues.

Youll have

• Exceptional Customer Service skills
• Strong understanding of safety and compliance in a regulated environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage the dynamic and demanding requirements of the business in a proactive manner
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
