Job Description:
Essential Job Functions:
Support the development and execution of the sales enablement strategy ensuring alignment with sales goals.
Assist in the design and delivery of sales training programs contributing to content development.
Work closely with sales leaders to identify training needs prioritize areas for improvement and provide support.
Participate in the analysis of sales performance data to identify opportunities for enhancing sales processes.
May be responsible for managing a small team of sales enablement professionals offering guidance and support.
Participate in the selection and implementation of sales enablement technology solutions.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of sales enablement programs.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives to senior management.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Typically 6 years of relevant work experience in industry with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role
Proven experience in sales and sales enablement
Proficiencies in sales strategy training and technology
A continuous learner who stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
Other Qualifications:
Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
Relevant certifications such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP) Certified Sales Enablement Professional (CSEP) is a plus
