Position Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Business Analyst to drive the analysis and delivery of financial and ERP applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial systems excellent communication skills and proven experience working in Agile environments. You will act as a key liaison between stakeholders and technical teams ensuring business requirements are accurately captured translated and implemented.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Gathering and Eliciting customer requirements; Requirements analysis.
Translating Requirements into Functional and Non-Functional; Requirements management and communication.
Defines and documents customer business functions and processes in the form of Use Case or User Stories.
Acts as a liaison between product owners; technical analysts and testers in the analysis; design; configuration; testing and maintenance of the product/application to ensure optimal operational performance.

Must-Have Skills:

Minimum 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Financial applications and ERP systems.
Strong domain knowledge in Finance/Accounting and ERP.
Strong knowledge on GL Accounts receivable Accounts payable Intercompany Ledger Workflow
Requirements gathering Grooming user stories creating user stories
Proven experience working in Agile methodology.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and lead analysis efforts across multiple teams.

Good-to-Have Skills:

Testing
Relevant certifications in Business Analysis Agile or ERP systems (e.g. CBAP PMI-PBA Agile BA).
Experience with tools like JIRA Confluence or similar.

Analyzes the feasibility of and develops requirements for new systems and enhancements to existing systems.
Ensure the system design fits the needs of the users.
Participate in user acceptance testing and testing of new system functionality

Education Qualification: Bachelors degree in Commerce Management or related field
