What youll do
Youll be the go-to person for all things procurement - connecting our commercial goals with smart buying short youll help us spend wisely and scale efficiently. Your mission:
Partner closely with Finance Legal Product and Operations to understand business needs and build a procurement strategy that fits.
Lead the end-to-end procurement process - from vendor selection and negotiation through to contract execution.
Own supplier relationships and performance. Youll drive value not just cost savings.
Spot opportunities for efficiency and help teams move fast without compromising compliance.
Work closely with legal to ensure contracts are clear fair and future-proof.Build and maintain procurement dashboards and reports to keep stakeholders informed and empowered.
Influence decision-making with data and commercial insight.
What you need to have
Were after someone sharp hands-on and commercially minded. If you know how to balance structure with speed and insight with instinct we want to hear from you.
3 years in procurement or commercial finance ideally within fintech SaaS or high-growth companies.
Strong negotiation skills and a proven track record of managing vendor relationships.
Experience working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
A strategic thinker with a builders mindset- you dont just follow processes you improve them.
Comfortable with contracts pricing models and navigating compliance frameworks.
Data-literate. You dont need to be a data scientist but you know how to ask the right questions and interpret what you see.
Comfortable in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift - and you help shape them.
