You Will
- Formulate and execute a social strategy across Instagram TikTok Facebook and other platforms that is aligned with YouTrips unique brand voice and objectives.
- Be the face of YouTrip on social media creating relatable and authentic on-camera content that strengthens the brands connection with its audience.
- Produce engaging and creative content with an emphasis on creating viral videos that boost brand awareness
- Align social media initiatives with broader marketing goals ensuring a cohesive and impactful brand presence across all channels.
- Be responsible for driving organic performance such as platform growth and engagement across key social media channels
- Identify and capitalize on trending topics memes and cultural moments to keep our content hyper-relevant and relatable
- Provide reporting and analysis of platform performance and optimise content through data-driven insights
- Work closely with the marketing team to curate social-driven campaigns to acquire and engage with users
You Are
- A social native You have a strong awareness of emerging trends and behaviors on social media and are able to interpret digital culture to drive business objectives. You should possess a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant industry experience.
- A creative storyteller You have a knack for crafting compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences turning complex ideas into engaging and digestible content.
- A content creation expert You have deep experience in content creation for social media using editing tools such as Photoshop or Video-Editing tools. You are comfortable being in front of the camera and creating content representing the YouTrip brand.
- A fearless self-starter You dare to push the creative boundaries implement new ideas and test new formats to drive brand presence on social media.
- Data-driven You have a detailed understanding of social analytics and ability to synthesise data into actionable insights.
