Join our team as a Senior Product Associate in Home Lending wherein you will be responsible for partnering with Credit Risk Agency Relations Marketing Compliance Technology and Operations to evaluate new concepts and changes. You will determine all impacts of a new or changing product across all functional areas and technology systems to identify the best approach to support the change. You will be responsible for the project management plan to address all implementation tasks from inception through final delivery.
As a Senior Product Associate within our Correspondent Client team you will play a pivotal role in identifying the most valuable products for our clients and strategizing the most efficient market approach. You will be responsible for aligning our offerings with investor changes and GSE requirements. Your role will also involve leveraging servicing products to enhance efficiency improve loss mitigation and retain customers. You will oversee the efficient release of approved products and offers ensuring alignment with transformation technology and business readiness for consumer home lending channels. You will also determine the most beneficial offers to boost loan volume and cut costs and create a seamless self-service refinance and purchase experience. Furthermore you will assess competitor offerings customer product needs and feedback from the voice of the customer to determine the products and policies we should offer.
