Job Summary

Assists in developing and executing digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness drive webapp traffic and generate leads
Assists in creating engaging content for social media channels including Facebook and Tiktok
Coordinates with various suppliers creative agencies and assigned Marketing Assistant for the team on the development and execution of marketing and promotional materials both for new and existing products to ensure completeness of materials and timeliness of launches
Experience with graphic design and video editing software is a plus.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Promptly respond to customer-related inquiries via call chat e-mail and channels like social media
Assists in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
