Job Description
What you will do:
- Deliver robust Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions with clear detailed and accurate supporting documentation
- Contribute to Paysafes RPA strategy and assess new automation opportunities
- Design RPA solutions in accordance with standard RPA vendor specific design principles and standards
- Configure new automated processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient well structured maintainable and easy to understand
- Collaborate with Business Analysts Delivery Leads QA Analysts SMEs and other cross-functional resources to define and deliver business impacting automation opportunities
- Create and maintain solution documentation that follows best practice and are easy to support and maintain
- Work with awareness of the risk and security factors that need to be considered when designing and developing FinTech solutions
- Identify opportunities for development of reusable components / custom libraries to enable rapid development and support standardisation
- Support QA Testing and audit activities
- Support existing processes and implement change requirements as part of a structured change control process
- Problem solve issues that arise in day to day running of RPA processes and provide timely responses and solutions as required
To be successful you need to have:
- Excellent English-language verbal and written communication skills
- A minimum of 3 years software development experience
- Working knowledge of Agile methodologies (SCRUM SaFe)
- Keen interest in developing Automation solutions
Considered an advantage:
- Experience with Python and/or Java
- Familiarity with TFS GitHub or SVN tools
- Experience working with UiPath
- Knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning
