Summary of the Role
We are seeking an experienced Twilio Flex Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing developing deploying and managing telephony and AI technologies within our organization. This role is pivotal in optimizing our contact center processes and enhancing customer service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop applications using Twilio Flex ReactJS HTML and CSS.
- Implement AI-driven solutions to optimize call center operations and improve customer experience.
- Optimize telephony IVR ACD and Dialer systems using advanced methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate contact center technologies and improve service delivery.
- Manage the deployment and management of telephony call center and AI technologies.
- Conduct regular system performance monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders.
- Maintain documentation of development processes and system configurations.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in telephony and AI technologies.
Required Qualifications
Must-Have:
- 8 to 13 years of experience in application development with a focus on Twilio Flex.
- Proficiency in ReactJS HTML/CSS.
- Strong background in applications development and optimization methodologies.
- Experience with AI technologies in a call center environment.
Nice-to-Have:
- Familiarity with Cisco CVP Call Studio/ICM Scripting.
- Knowledge of SQL Python CUCM.
- Experience with various contact center technologies including BrightPattern and WFM systems.

- Job Location: Gurgaon Noida Chennai Mumbai Pune Bangalore Trichy and Ahmedabad.
- Shift Timing: 3:30 PM IST to 12:30 AM IST.
- Immediate or early joiners are preferred for this role.
