Do you want to be part of a company driving the green transition and delivering high-quality cable solutions across the globe At NKT we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administration Associate & Commercial Service Specialist to join our team in Drammen. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to both internal operations and customer satisfaction in a role that blends administrative precision with commercial service excellence. Youll play a key role in ensuring smooth financial processes accurate order handling and a seamless customer experience. Are you ready to make a difference in a dynamic and collaborative environment

Ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction

In this hybrid role you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and commercial service tasks. From managing internal controls and accounting to coordinating customer orders and deliveries your work will directly impact both operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Youll collaborate closely with local and international teams suppliers and customers to ensure timely and accurate service.

Your responsibility will be to:

  • Oversee internal control systems accounting and financial processes in collaboration with external partners
  • Manage customer claims order processing delivery coordination and returns
  • Monitor payables overdues and ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Maintain and update customer and material master data
  • Support continuous improvement of customer experience and responsiveness

You will report to the Manager Norway and be based in Drammen. Travel is minimal (03 days per year).

You also have:

  • Experience with finance and administrative systems and tools
  • Ability to work independently in a small site environment
  • Strong execution skills and task ownership
  • High accuracy and ability to manage a variety of tasks
  • Proficiency in Norwegian and English
