Job Description

Air Liquide Philippines a fully owned subsidiary of Air Liquide Group started its operations in 1994 and currently employs 230 people. We operate air separation units (ASU) hydrogen plants carbon dioxide plants cylinder refilling stations and depots on-site plants and pipelines nationwide. Our main plant is situated in Pinagbuhatan Pasig City and our head office is in Bonifacio Global City Taguig City.

We serve a wide spectrum of markets and industries including electronics food processing pharmaceuticals metals automotive shipbuilding and hospitals.

Air Liquide Philippines is ISO 9001:2008 certified as well as GMP certified for medical addition our liquid carbon dioxide plant in Pasig City filled the requirements for Food Safety System Certification 22000 (FSSC 22000) for the manufacture of this gas as a food additive.

As a Customer Care Specialist you will be the first point of contact for customers managing queries and orders with urgency and ensuring expectations are exceeded. You will empathetically resolve issues assess their complexity and collaborate with other departments to provide valued and cared-for customer interactions in line with AL sales policy.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW

  • Serve as the primary contact for all customer inquiries via web email and phone providing first-level problem resolution.

  • Communicate customer concerns and business-impacting issues to internal stakeholders and management.

  • Manage after-hours delivery requests from customers.

  • Act as a liaison between customers and the operations team to ensure satisfactory resolution of issues.

  • Process customer purchase orders for Packaged Gases ensuring accuracy and timely input.

  • Verify new customer accounts and collaborate with the Sales support team for system setup.

  • Provide proactive updates to customers regarding delivery dates order acknowledgments and any potential delays or backorders.

  • Handle customer requests for Certificates of Conformance/Analysis (CoC/CoA) copies and consumption analysis.

  • Contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience by supporting re-education on ordering procedures and other related initiatives.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reconcile cylinder holding data and resolve customer disputes efficiently.

  • Proactive in taking action to quickly meet customer needs and resolve problems

  • Demonstrates responsibility and accountability to achieve objectives and adhere to follow-up procedures
