Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager AR Distributor Pricing Agreement (DPA) claims.
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-driven Claims Analyst to support the processing of Distributor Pricing Agreement (DPA) claims within the semiconductor industry. This position is responsible for validating and reconciling distributor claims related to special pricing programs ensuring alignment with channel pricing strategies and compliance with contractual agreements. The role requires a strong working knowledge of Model N for channel pricing execution and Oracle ERP for transaction processing and financial reconciliation.
This role plays a critical part in managing the accuracy of DPA Claims and maintaining strong distributor relationships in a fast-moving global semiconductor environment.
Responsibilities
Process and validate high volumes of distributor claims for price protection ship & debit and special pricing programs under established DPAs.
Use Model N to validate pricing eligibility and contract compliance and to ensure claims align with current distributor incentive structures.
Enter track and reconcile claims credits in Oracle ERP ensuring accuracy in accounting accruals and revenue recognition.
Investigate pricing and claims discrepancies; coordinate with cross-functional teams including Sales Operations Pricing Legal and Finance to resolve exceptions.
Perform audit checks on claim packages submitted by authorized semiconductor distributors ensuring all required documentation is received and accurate.
Assist with month-end close activities including journal entries accruals and reporting of distributor incentive liabilities.
Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and transaction history for claims processing.
Maintain compliance with internal controls and semiconductor industry-specific revenue recognition policies.
Collaborate on continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and data quality in the claims lifecycle.
Preferred qualifications
Bachelors degree in finance Accounting Business or a related discipline.
Relevant years of experience in pricing operations claims analysis or channel financeideally within the semiconductor or electronics distribution industry.
Proficiency in Model N specifically in ship & debit or price protection modules.
Experience using Oracle ERP especially in Accounts Receivable.
Solid understanding of semiconductor channel pricing models and global distributor incentive structures.
Advanced Excel capabilities (e.g. pivot tables VLOOKUP data validation tools).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and high accuracy.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced high-volume environment with shifting priorities.
