We are seeking a dynamic Customer Communications Management (CCM) Technical Specialist with 24 years of hands-on experience with Quadient products to join our growing this role you will be responsible for delivering assigned CCM development and maintenance projects ensuring the successful implementation of communication solutions for our clients across diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement technical CCM solutions aligning with client requirements and industry best practices.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers analysts and project managers to deliver high-quality CCM projects within agreed timelines.

• Provide technical expertise in template design workflow configuration and document composition using CCM tools and platforms (primarily Quadient Inspire).

• Analyze client needs and develop customized CCM solutions that effectively meet business objectives.

• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies in CCM to continuously enhance technical capabilities.

• Ensure all implementations adhere to security and compliance standards.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CCM systems integrations and processes.

• Work closely with clients to gather technical requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.

Requirements

• 24 years of proven experience with Quadient Inspire (Designer Interactive Scaler Automation etc.).

• Strong understanding of Customer Communications Management (CCM) concepts and platforms.

• Experience working with data formats such as XML JSON and CSV and integrating with APIs or databases.

• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g. JavaScript VBScript) is an advantage.

• Strong analytical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities in an international team environment.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality solutions.
