Job Description
1) Manage External Supplier Material Quality Performance
2) Drive Supplier for Failure Analysis
3) New Supplier Development
4) Supplier Change Management
5) Supplier Authorized Material Qualification
Qualification & Requirements
Rich Experience in COC or similar product used in transceiver module. ( COC SLE)
Good understanding and knowledge of COC process testing and spec requirement. (COC SLE)
Rich Experience in Optical transceiver module product. (Transceiver Module SLE)
Good understanding and knowledge of Optical transceiver manufacturing process testing and spec and application requirement. (Transceiver Module SLE)
Knowledge and experience in passive or active components will be a plus.
Ability to work highly independently with minimal guidance from supervisor on specific tasks.
Excels in a cross-organizational cross cultural global team environment.
Quick response and stable performance under pressure.
Ability 30%-time travel to suppliers COHERENT facilities and other worldwide locations when necessary
Able to support a flexible work schedule due to collaboration with multiple worldwide facilities
