Qualifications:
- 8 years of extensive and hands-on experience in Pega development
- Pega Certification: Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) / Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) preferred but not mandatory
- Expert-level proficiency in Pega and related technologies
- Proven track record of leading and delivering large-scale Pega projects.
- In-depth knowledge of Pega architecture performance optimization and scalability.
- Ability to provide thought leadership in Pega best practices and emerging technologies.
- Strong mentoring and coaching abilities fostering the development of Engineers under his Chapter.
- Fluent in English speaking and writing and a good communicator in general.
- Experienced in Agile / Scrum / DevOps projects.
- Have great analytical skills and have a conceptual / architectural understanding.
- Experienced working in a complex regulated environment such as a large financial institution
- Able to bring all ideas/opinions to one conclusion to help make decisions.
- Up to date with new Technology and have a deep understanding of when to use it.
- Humble in approach and not afraid to be wrong.
