Endpoint Management Specialist (Intune/Jamf)

What success looks like in this role:

Work Modality: Home Office -Mexico Home-Based. However if the candidate is based in a city with a client site occasional hybrid attendance may be required.

The Endpoint Management Specialist (Intune/Jamf) will be responsible for managing and supporting a diverse range of devices including Windows macOS Android and iOS. This role requires extensive experience with MDM tools such as Microsoft Intune and Jamf as well as strong client-facing and consulting skills. The ideal candidate will develop and implement MDM policies provide technical support and collaborate with clients to deliver tailored solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage and configure MDM solutions including Microsoft Intune and Jamf to support Windows macOS Android and iOS devices.
• Develop and implement MDM policies and procedures to ensure the security and compliance of all managed devices.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for MDM-related issues.
• Manages work orders problems or tasks within a structured ticket management system.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored MDM solutions.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients and internal teams on MDM best practices.
• Stay up to date with the latest developments in MDM technologies and industry trends.
• Assist in the development of documentation and training materials.
• Plans designs implements and maintains endpoint solutions for various platforms and devices. Maintains and updates operations manual and contractual reports.
• Acts as initial 3rd level escalation point to provide technical support of hardware systems email flow Teams Conferences telephony across different platforms sub-systems and/or applications.

Must Have Skills

• Qualifications:
  • Bilingual. Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English.
  • Bachelors degree in information technology computer science or a related field.
  • Proven experience with MDM tools such as Microsoft Intune and Jamf.
  • Strong understanding of Windows macOS Android and iOS operating systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong client-facing and consulting skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g. Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Jamf Certified) are a plus.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in Intune Jamf and/or similar tools.
  • Strong knowledge of modern management devices.
  • Experience in scripting for automation.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice to Have

• Azure Active Directory: Experience with managing and integrating Azure AD.
• MECM (SCCM): Knowledge of MECM (SCCM)
• Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance: Familiarity with Microsoft 365 security and compliance features.
• Project Management: Basic understanding of project management principles and tools.
• Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation and experience in a customer-facing role.
