Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve services as part of a cross-border squad ensuring employee satisfaction.
- Manage SaaS vendors and feature releases particularly around Intune and modern workplace tools.
- Support and develop automated deployment via PowerShell and Azure DevOps.
- Provide technical support and participate in global 24/7 standby rotation.
- Participate in and contribute to a strong security-first mindset in system design and operations.
- Work with stakeholders at all levels to design and implement efficient digital solutions.
- Contribute to future-proofing the environment by automating simplifying and innovating systems.
Key Capabilities/Experience
- Microsoft 365 Expertise: Hands-on experience managing workplace services based on M365 including Intune.
- Automation Skills: Proficient in PowerShell and deployment pipelines (Azure DevOps).
- Cloud Technologies: Experience with SaaS and endpoint management in a cloud-based environment.
- Service Mindset: Strong understanding of user experience and satisfaction drivers.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to solve complex problems and develop scalable solutions.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Comfortable working with diverse international stakeholders.
- Presentation & Communication: Able to convey complex topics to a variety of audiences.
Minimum Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelors degree in information technology Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of work experience on the related role
- Technical Knowledge: Expertise in Microsoft Intune Windows 10/11 PowerShell scripting Azure DevOps and cloud services
- Certifications: Relevant Microsoft 365 certifications (e.g. Intune MS-500 SC-300) is a plus.
