Position Summary
Were looking for a strategic and performance-driven Online Marketing Growth Manager to lead the execution and optimization of our digital marketing initiatives. This role plays a critical part in growing iPromos online presence driving qualified leads and eCommerce revenue and supporting sales enablement through multichannel campaigns.
Responsibilities
Own and execute digital marketing strategy across paid media email marketing SEO and landing page optimization
Manage and optimize marketing automation workflows using Pardot and Salesforce CRM
Collaborate with CRO design team to develop high-converting landing pages using Unbounce
Oversee website management across Magento Shopify and WordPress platforms. Experience with CRO to optimize user journey and experience growing ecommerce revenue. Manage external web development agency for ongoing site projects updates and upgrades.
Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for growth and continuous improvement
Coordinate seasonal campaigns (e.g. holiday gift guides product launches) and ensure messaging consistency across channels
Drive A/B testing initiatives for emails landing pages and promotional offers
Manage SEO agency implementing best practices and growth strategies.
Manage budgets reporting and ROI analysis for digital marketing initiatives
Qualifications
35 years of experience in digital marketing or eCommerce preferably in a B2B or promotional products environment
Proficiency with Magento Shopify WordPress Salesforce/Pardot and Unbounce preferred.
Strong understanding of performance marketing email automation SEO CRO lead generation eCommerce growth and web analytics
Proven track record of managing end-to-end campaigns that drive measurable results
Excellent project management skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
Bonus Points For
Experience in promotional products branded merchandise or B2B eCommerce
Strong HTML experience for building email templates and updating content pages across website.
Graphic design experience utilizing the Adobe Suite as needed
