Job Description
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Intensive Outpatient Program
Full-Time In-Person St. Louis MO
A confidential Joint Commission-accredited behavioral health facility in the St. Louis area is seeking a full-time LCSW to support its Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). This role is ideal for someone with solid clinical experience in both group and individual therapy especially using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques.
What Youll Do:
Facilitate in-person group therapy (M/W/F) and individual sessions (mostly in person)
Work with high-functioning clients dealing with work-related stress
Collaborate in treatment planning clinical staffing and documentation
Contribute creatively to client progress when traditional approaches fall short
Use EMR systems (training provided); administrative experience is a plus
What Were Looking For:
Active LCSW license (required; LMSWs may be considered)
Strong group therapy experience; CBT training preferred
Mild-mannered reliable ethical and flexible
Willingness to supervise or collaborate with support staff when needed
Schedule:
MondayFriday 9:00am5:30pm
Flexibility needed for occasional early/late intakes
Start Date: ASAP Training takes time so early onboarding is preferred
