Overview We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in assembly processes and a keen eye for detail. This role involves working with various mechanical components and requires proficiency in using precision measuring instruments and hand tools. As a Mechanical Assembler you will play a crucial role in the fabrication and assembly of high-quality products that meet our stringent standards. Duties Assemble mechanical components according to specifications and schematics. Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to ensure accurate measurements. Fabricate parts as needed using hand tools power tools and welding techniques. Conduct quality checks throughout the assembly process to maintain product integrity. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot assembly issues and implement solutions. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency. Follow all safety protocols while operating machinery and handling materials. Experience Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred. Proficiency in using hand tools power tools and welding equipment is essential. Familiarity with machining processes is a plus. Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
