Located in Vancouver WA were a cutting-edge polymer fiber optics production facility pushing the boundaries of light and image transmission. Were looking for an AssemblyTechnician to join our 1st shift (6am - 2:30pm)assembly team. No experience No problem! Well train you.
What Youll Do:
- Assemble and pack fiber optic components with precision
- Perform highly repetitive detail-oriented tasksthis role is a great fit if you enjoy steady consistent work
- Maintain quality and consistency throughout production
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes
- Troubleshoot and assist in optimizing production
- Keep your workspace organized and safe
You Bring:
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Stable work history required
- Related experience given preference
- Enjoy steady consistent work and take pride in accuracy
- A team-first attitude and willingness to learn
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly (70 lbs occasionally)
- Reliable transportation and on-site availability
- No direct experience required just eagerness to grow!
Bonus Skills: Love science optics or polymers Even better!
