Job Description
Wire Assembly - 1st shift - Mukwonago
Work for an ultra precision machining company who takes pride in their problem solving skills.
Responsibilities:
Ability to set-up and adjust work holding devises.
Understands machine types and their applications.
Read refractometer to maintain proper concentration and coolant levels.
In addition to setting tools and making offsets in tool page (Level-2) must also be able to load a program and establish work holding positions and make minor program edits.
Edit individual tool feed rates to establish SFM (Surface Feet per Minute) and related chip loads.
Read interpret and understand blueprint specifications to methods of manufacturing (MOM) per routing.
Identify when to replace dull tooling before catastrophic failure.
Basic understanding of hard gauging checks on granite table.
Completes any and all paperwork as required; Job Traveler VISTA etc.
Follow all clean up and housekeeping procedures.
Comply with all quality and safety regulations and procedures.
Qualifications
Understand and comprehend industrial math.
Strong knowledge of technical GD&T drawing reading skills.
Must be able to understand quality standards and gauging.
