Job Description
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Good knowledge in other Agile frameworks (TDD BDD XP etc.) and Lean will be added advantage.
- Knowledge of an agile framework or method (i.e. Scrum Kanban).
- Understanding of software development life cycle models as well as in-depth knowledge of traditional project management principles and practices.
- Excellent Knowledge in user stories Definition of done refinement story splitting estimation velocity retrospection and other Scrum techniques.
- Ability to server the team.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Computer Science/Software Development or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institute.
- Certified Professional Scrum master (PSM1)/Scrum certified (CSM) / Kanban (KSD) or Scaled Agile/Leading SAFe certified.
- Excellent Communication Interpersonal Planning and problem solving skills.
- Good Coaching and mentoring skills.
