Jump into our Agile Release Train for Imaging Display Services and help one of our well-established SCRUM teams to develop the high-value increments our users deserve.
Your tasks are to
- ensure that all Scrum events take place in a positive and productive manner
- coach teams to organize themselves
- find obstacles and support the team in finding solutions and improvements
- help to create a growth mindset
- support collaboration and communication between teams and stakeholders
- work hand in hand with the Product Owner
Youll bring in
- PSM/CSM certification or 3 years of professional experience working as Scrum Master
- in the field of software engineering
- experience on using agile frameworks and methods
- agile and open mindset willing to continue learning about agile methods
- clear and effective communication in English

The minimum wage for this position is 55.000 p.a. The actual wage is dependent on qualification and experience.
