Job Description:
- Handle user inquiries and complaints through Whatsapp Group/phone call/email
- Ensure user satisfaction through feedback and solution
- Inform user in case of website maintenance or any problems occurred
- Monitor hard complaints and communicate with CS Team to reach out user and provide assistance
- Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
- Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
- Gather customer feedback and share with our Product Sales and Marketing teams
- Aware about SOP and Product Updates
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree ofTax or equivalent
- Having a Brevet Certification is a plus point
- People-oriented proactive and communicative
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good personality
- Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
