Job Description:
- Analyze develop and monitor tools and technologies for business process excellence across aftersales teams
- Track platform enablement KPIs
- Troubleshoot content-related technical issues
- Support internal access/permission setup
- Ensure data validity and consistency
- Monitor data closely and provide recommendations
- Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders
- Act as a technology enabler for aftersales teams
- Lead internal digitalization projects
- Push platform utilization and adoption
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems Computer Science Engineering Business Analytics or a related technical field.
- Proven experience managing customer platforms (e.g. Zendesk Moengage Mixpanel) and CRM (Zoho).
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau is a huge plus).
- Experience in designing and managing complex data integration schemes and API workflows.
- Ability to develop analyze and evaluate key business metrics (e.g. customer engagement scores).
- Excellent communication skills; comfortable liaising between technical (Engineering) and non-technical (Customer Ops) teams.
- A process-oriented mindset with experience creating SOPs and technical documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
