Job Description:

Analyze develop and monitor tools and technologies for business process excellence across aftersales teams
Track platform enablement KPIs
Troubleshoot content-related technical issues
Support internal access/permission setup
Ensure data validity and consistency
Monitor data closely and provide recommendations
Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders
Act as a technology enabler for aftersales teams
Lead internal digitalization projects
Push platform utilization and adoption

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Information Systems Computer Science Engineering Business Analytics or a related technical field.
Proven experience managing customer platforms (e.g. Zendesk Moengage Mixpanel) and CRM (Zoho).
Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau is a huge plus).
Experience in designing and managing complex data integration schemes and API workflows.
Ability to develop analyze and evaluate key business metrics (e.g. customer engagement scores).
Excellent communication skills; comfortable liaising between technical (Engineering) and non-technical (Customer Ops) teams.
A process-oriented mindset with experience creating SOPs and technical documentation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
