Were expanding our Online Sales team and are looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative with a strong sales mindset to support our web shops and marketplace customers in the Netherlands and Belgium.
What youll do
Build strong long-term relationships with our installer partners through proactive outbound contact by telephone.
Provide sales-focused customer service via phone email WhatsApp and chat for the Dutch and Belgian markets.
Handle incoming sales leads create tailored quotes actively follow up and convert them into orders.
Support customers after sales: deliveries claims returns installation help payment issues.
Process orders and returns in our systems (including web shops and marketplaces like ).
Identify commercial opportunities during customer contact and promote relevant products or solutions.
Contribute to process improvements and a better customer experience.
Participate in projects related to the role.
What you bring
Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written).
Good level of English; knowledge of French or Spanish is a plus but not a need.
Experience in sales telesales account management or customer service is an advantage.
Confident in using MS Office.
Strong communication skills and a proactive commercial mindset.
Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
Flexible adaptable and comfortable working in a hybrid international environment sometimes supporting other teams or markets.
