Job Description
- Manage Employee Life cycle processed as per approved guidelines:
- Initiate Hire and creating employee profile in system
- Process Job change transaction in system such as Reporting change organisation change confirmation promotion transfer
- Issue transactional letters
- Processes various electronic forms related to documenting human resources activities such as new-hire onboarding change-of-status performance evaluations benefits termination of employment etc.
- Inputs employee personal data into human resources information/computer system (HRIS) database and/or documents activities as requested.
Manage complex queries thru Case Management system for daily operation
Manage and maintain e-filing management system
Support seniors and team lead as and when required
Requirements:
Possess at least a STPM Diploma Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree in Business studies/ Administration/ Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Preferably someone with 1-3 years related experience in shared service environment under HR function.
Demonstrates knowledge or experience in human resources and cases management system such as SAP/Workday.
Hand on experience in human resources software such as HRIS.
Demonstrate effective and stable interpersonal relationship with internal and external parties.
Detail-orientated and meticulous.
Fluent in English. Proficiency in a second language such as Mandarin would be an advantage.
