What youll do
Ensure the Trading Operations Framework complies with all regulatory obligations.
Maintain efficient operations to enhance client experience and safeguard client and firm interests.
Oversee static data management transaction reporting and corporate actions outsourced to other affiliate entities.
Reconcile settlements with clients and executing brokers and manage breaks in high volume environment.
Support key stakeholder management both internally and externally (Settlement agents/custodians executing brokers regulators and data vendors etc.).
Manage the Trading Operations team including performance reporting and service level agreements.
Support new product initiatives process automation and maintain Framework Policy and process documentation.
What you need to have
At least 5 years experience in Back-office Reconciliation and Corporate Action functions working in a high-volume environment for a MiFID Investment firm (ideally retail).
A thorough knowledge of the full equity and CFD trade lifecycle including settlements custody corporate action processing and taxes.
Expert in SQL and/or Python to enhance straight through processing and manage my exception.
Experience in implementing risk controls and procedure documentation.
Attention to detail excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
Self-motivated proactive attitude and team player.
Strong time management and error identification skills.
