Were looking for aLending Product Managerto take ownership of our loan products from origination through to servicing. Youll play a key role in shaping our lending strategy collaborating with engineering data operations and commercial teams to deliver high-impact features across our loan origination systems (LOS) and credit infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full product lifecycle for lending products: ideation planning execution launch and iteration.
- Design and improve workflows for invoice financing and personal loans.
- Drive platform enhancements including underwriting risk rules scorecards and disbursement logic.
- Translate business and regulatory requirements into user stories and functional specs.
- Collaborate closely with engineering to prioritize backlogs and deliver product features on time.
- Monitor product performance and customer feedback to continuously improve usability and portfolio performance.
- Support internal and external stakeholders (e.g. lenders partners) with product training demos and documentation.
Requirements
- 4 years of experience in product management preferably in lending fintech or financial services.
- Strong understanding of digital lending flows including origination KYC underwriting and repayment.
- Experience working with technical teams and familiarity with agile methodologies.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to derive insights from metrics and user behavior.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bonus: familiarity with LOS platforms or integration with banking/payment APIs.
