Job Description
We are looking for aMedior or Senior Full-Stack Developerwith solid experience inLaraveland and a mindset aligned with values likecommitmentownership andteamwork.
You will help architect build and maintain high-quality web applications that users trust and rely on daily.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robust secure and scalable web applications using Laravel (PHP) and (JavaScript);
- Design and implement APIs business logic and interactive UIs;
- Takeownershipof features from technical design to deployment and support;
- Collaborate closely with team members across disciplines fostering a strong sense ofteamworkand shared purpose;
- Engage in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions withtrustand respect;
- Optimize performance and ensure high reliability of applications in production;
- Demonstrateproactivenessby identifying technical improvements and leading initiatives;
- Support a culture of continuous learning and constructive feedback.
Prerequisites
Required Skills and Experience
- 3 years of professional experience with Laravel and PHP;
- 2 years of hands-on experience with and modern JavaScript (ES6);
- Proficient in relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL);
- Strong understanding of RESTful API development;
- Familiar with Git and CI/CD workflows;
- Solid grasp of Laravel features: queues jobs events service providers middleware;
- Experience with component-driven front-end development and responsive design;
- Familiarity with testing practices (PHPUnit Pest etc.)
Experiences
Nice to Have
- Experience with tools such as FilamentPHP Laravel Nova or Spatie packages;
- Familiarity with Livewire or ;
- Comfortable working with Docker and containerized environments;
- Tailwind CSS knowledge and ability to build clean UIs;
- Cloud deployment experience (e.g. AWS DigitalOcean).
